Street orchestra

I found this mini-orchestra in Paseo Estado, a pedestrianised street where you can find many interesting people, like street vendors, shoe-polishers and people who try to earn some money through music, like this group. They where playing classical music and where quite good actually.

What a pleasant way to stroll along the streets, listening to classical music. It's rare that I ever hear anything other than traffic noise.

Since going to the carols on Christmas Eve, I've been wanting to join some kind of a musical group! I think for now I might look up Nelson City Brass so I can make lots of noise!

Say, Edulabbe, is your mother's kuchen like Black Forest cake with chocolate and cherries? Do you think you could possibly find out the recipe from your mother? I'd love to bake a raspberry cake.

I love this kind of performance. There is a lot of talent out there.

Great photo -- not just the lovely musicians but the background too -- most people with trainers on their feet except for the one young woman in high-heeled sandals on the left in the classic mobile phone to the ear while walking pose.
