Santiago is Chile's capital and largest city and has become one of Latin America's most developed metropolitan areas.
I invite you to take a look!

The Chilean stray dog
Today I saw this nice stray dog and immediately took a picture of it (I didn't check if "it" was a male or female...). It was quite active and playful and the two-colored eyes gave it a very odd look.
Really, these dogs are quite a nuisance and a disgrace for a modern city like Santiago. Plus illnesses and infections that they carry, broken legs or worse when they get hit by cars (which they dutifully chase on the main artery, Alameda), the risk they pose for cyclists, etc.
The city should round them up, to care for them or dispose of the ones in bad health.

This is a fun shot. I used to have a cat with one green and one blue eye. This was way back before I got into photography though.
j'ais rarement vu un chien avec des yeux de couleurs differentes. il a l'air interesse par ton APN.
I board seldom considering a dog with eyes of different colors. it has the air interests by your APN.
What a cute dog. We currently have two puppies with two colored eyes here at the animal shelter that I work at.

Been there a number of times...
